Your VoltPay bill consists of two components: a fixed platform fee and a per-contractor fee based on active contractors.
Bill Components

When Charges Start
Section titled “When Charges Start”- Platform fee: Starts on signup
- Per-contractor fee: Starts when a contractor reaches “Active” status (KYC complete)
What “Active Contractor” Means
Section titled “What “Active Contractor” Means”A contractor counts toward your per-contractor fee when:
- Their KYC is verified
- Their status is “Active” or “Paused”
- They have NOT been offboarded
Offboarded contractors stop billing at the end of the current billing period.
Managing Your Subscription
Section titled “Managing Your Subscription”- Upgrade or downgrade via Settings → Billing
- Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
- Cancel anytime after 30 days (per terms)
