Form Lifecycle

- Requested: Contractor notified to upload
- Submitted: Under review
- Approved: Valid and on file
- Expiring: Renewal needed within 30 days
Managing Forms
Section titled “Managing Forms”The agent tracks form status automatically. You’ll be notified when:
- A new contractor needs forms
- An existing form is approaching expiration
- A form submission needs your review
