Add contractors to VoltPay through conversational onboarding, CSV bulk import, or manual form entry. VoltPay handles KYC, compliance, and contract generation for each jurisdiction.
Via the Agent
Section titled “Via the Agent”The fastest method. Tell the agent who you’re adding:
“Add a new contractor in India named Priya Sharma, paying $4,000/month”
The agent collects remaining details and handles the rest.
Via CSV Import
Section titled “Via CSV Import”Prepare a CSV with these columns:

Required Information by Jurisdiction
Section titled “Required Information by Jurisdiction”VoltPay adjusts requirements per country:
- All countries: Name, email, payment amount, frequency
- Colombia: RUT number
- India: PAN number, bank account (IFSC)
- Germany: Tax ID, VAT number (if applicable)
- Philippines: TIN, BIR registration
What Happens After Adding
Section titled “What Happens After Adding”- Contractor receives an onboarding email
- They complete KYC verification (24-48 hours typical)
- They choose their preferred payout method
- They’re marked as “Active” and eligible for payment
