Welcome to VoltPay. Your employer uses VoltPay to manage payments. This guide helps you set up your profile and start receiving payments.
Registration
Section titled “Registration”- You’ll receive an email invitation from VoltPay
- Click the link to create your account
- Set a password and complete your profile
Profile Setup
Section titled “Profile Setup”Provide:
- Full legal name (as it appears on your ID)
- Country of residence
- Tax identification number (varies by country)
- Bank account or preferred payout method
KYC Verification
Section titled “KYC Verification”You’ll need to verify your identity:
- Upload a government-issued photo ID
- Take a selfie for liveness verification
- Verification typically completes within 1 hour
Once verified, you’re eligible to receive payments.
