Before you can send payments, VoltPay verifies your business (KYB). This is required before your first pay run.
What You’ll Need
Section titled “What You’ll Need”- Government-issued ID of a company director or authorized representative
- Proof of business registration (certificate of incorporation, articles of organization)
- Business address verification (utility bill, bank statement, or official document)
Timeline
Section titled “Timeline”- Typical completion: 24-48 hours
- Additional review: Up to 5 business days if documents need clarification
- After account creation, you’ll receive an email with a verification link
- Upload the required documents
- Complete the identity verification for the company director or authorized representative
- Wait for approval. VoltPay notifies you when verification is complete
If Verification is Delayed
Section titled “If Verification is Delayed”If your verification takes longer than 48 hours:
- Check your email for requests for additional documentation
- Ask the VoltPay agent: “What’s the status of my KYB verification?”
- The agent can escalate to our verification team
