Every payment moves through a series of statuses from initiation to delivery.
Status Definitions

| Scheduled | Payment is queued for a future date |
| Processing | Payment initiated, funds being routed |
| Sent | Funds in transit to contractor |
| Completed | Contractor confirmed receipt |
| Failed | Payment could not be delivered |
Checking Status
Section titled “Checking Status”Ask the agent:
“What’s the status of this month’s payments?”
Or:
“Is Sofia’s payment delivered?”
When a Payment Fails
Section titled “When a Payment Fails”Common causes:
- Insufficient funds in your linked account
- Contractor’s bank details are incorrect
- KYC verification incomplete
- Payment rail temporarily unavailable
The agent notifies you immediately with the reason and suggested resolution.
